I am a lifelong student, an adventurer and a wellness partner — continually learning, experimenting, and sharing the tools that help regulate the nervous system, restore presence, and reconnect us to what matters most. BlueJay Wellness is a space for curiosity, growth and genuine human connection.

Through BlueJay Wellness, I aim to walk this journey in rhythm with nature’s flow — exploring timeless practices and modern approaches with mindful, intuitive practices. My role is to offer guidance, inspiration, and grounded support for each person’s unique wellness adventure.

About Jen

Rooted in 25 years of yoga, a daily meditation practice, and a lifelong love for nature, my work blends ancient wisdom with modern science and intuition to support balance and self-connection.

As a certified sauna and cold-plunge facilitator, Reiki practitioner and wellness consultant, I help others regulate, restore and reconnect through the rhythm of breath, sound, intention and gratitude. I’m continually learning and evolving — sharing from the heart, grounded in authenticity, compassion and connection.

Philosophy

This is a choose-your-own-adventure approach to wellness — rooted in authenticity, nature, science, and soul. Some days that looks like breathwork, others it’s rest, reflection, or sound. There’s no single formula — only the invitation to keep returning to yourself.

I believe wellness is something we live, not something we chase. Youtube and Instagram is where I share my ongoing journey — the practices, experiments, and moments of rhythm that keep me grounded and growing. Whether you want to observe, engage, or dive deeper, there’s a space here for you to live authentically and with intention.
