Meet Jen — A lifelong student of wellness and the human spirit

My journey with wellness has been one of exploration, growth, and return — blending personal evolution with professional experience. After more than 20 years in corporate sales and marketing, I found myself asking deeper questions about what success really means — and what it feels like to live a life that’s truly fulfilling.

From Corporate to Connection

Through incredible experiences, mentorship and meaningful connection in the corporate world, I gained invaluable skills in communication, strategy and relationship building. Yet alongside that, there was a steady inner calling — a quiet voice inviting me to explore the deeper layers of well-being, purpose, and human connection.

Awakening and Alignment

That curiosity paired with other major life events, led me to an incredible therapist, where I began uncovering patterns and reconnecting with my authentic self. A daily meditation practice became my anchor — a tool for self-awareness and mindfulness that opened the door to greater peace, clarity and resilience. From there, I created a self-care, self-love sabbatical and attended a transformative retreat that deepened my understanding of energy, embodiment and healing.

Following Intuition

Following my intuition, I was drawn to contrast therapy — the dynamic rhythm of sauna and cold plunge — combined with breath, meditation and connection, and began facilitating these experiences at Kodawari. This practice, rooted in nervous system regulation and ancient ritual, became and still is a profound teacher in presence and balance.

Integrating It All

Today, I integrate all of it: decades of corporate experience, trauma-informed education, energy awareness, and a commitment to continuous learning. Through sound, breath, contrast therapy, and experiential workshops, I hold space for others to reconnect with themselves — to find alignment, release and renewal through the wisdom of their own bodies.
