I am a lifelong student of wellness and human potential, blending deep personal practice with over 20 years of professional experience in corporate settings, medical sales and leadership roles. This path has shaped how I support individuals and teams navigating stress, burnout and change - in real life, not theory.
Through BlueJay Wellness, I combine ancient wisdom traditions, nervous system regulation and evidence-based practices to create experiences that meet people wherever they are on their wellness journey. My role is to offer guidance, inspiration, and grounded support, with compassion, non-judgement and care, so each person can explore and develop their unique path to wellness.
